Seems like the computer related mascots make cute LEGO sculptures. First there was Tux and now this little guy: the BSD Daemon.
The client for this sculpture asked that it be about the size of the Tux sculpture, and the color scheme was specified.
From a two dimensional picture, I created the unglued prototype in about two days. After model approval, the glued version took about three days of casual building.
