All sets are unglued, and as with all things with small parts, these should not be given to young children who might choke on the tiny pieces.
This set is not an official product of the LEGO company; it is designed, built, and sold by Eric Harshbarger.
In Pentomino Sets that have no such restrictions I believe there are 2339 solutions (distinct solutions not including rotations or reflections of the complete rectangle). The sets on this page, with their restricted pieces, allow only 80 distinct solutions; or at least this is what one Tom Saxton of Idle Loop software asserts as he has provided me a list of such solutions.
For additional fun you are encouraged to disassemble some of the LEGO Pentomino pieces you have purchased and build the 'reflection' versions of the pieces. Then try to get some more solutions.
